To secure an appointment a valid credit card is requested. (Debit/Visa/Master cards accepted)

When making an appointment please have your preferred time and date and two alternates.  If an alternate date is appointed you may choose to be wait listed for your preferred time, as well.
Appointment time includes consultation and preparation/changing time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than your appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment(s). 
Prices do not include taxes or gratuities.
Cancellations:
 24 hours notice is required or you will be charged for the session.
Advanced appointments:
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.
Standing appointment:
We can arrange set times on a regular interval, i.e., every 3rd Saturday at 3:00 pm.  They are available for series holders only. 
Request: 
If you have a preference to be seen by a particular therapist, please make that request at the time of making an appointment.
Series:
Get 6 of any one service for the price of 5. Must be paid in full at or before the first service.  Series are for individual use only, but you may opt to give one service as a gift certificate.  No expiration.
Gift Certificates:
Certificate may be transferable to the bearer. No refunds, no expirations.
Orders for gift certificates may be placed online (see Gifts section).
Referral Awards Program
Every 5 referred new clients, you receive a free 60 minute massage.
Hygiene
We observe a strict health code. Equipment used is sterilized and sanitized after every service.
Loss or Damage
We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal property.
